| Precautions | 【Know before booking】 ・Wearing a life jacket is mandatory during the tour even for free-diving licence owners as this is a snorkeling trip. ・For safety reasons, participants under 6 years old or over 60 years old cannot join the tour. Participation may be denied depending on your health condition on the day. If you do not pass the medical check on the day, you will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be provided. ＜Regarding Diving＞ ・Due to pressure changes, you cannot board a flight on the same day after diving. - If the minimum number of participants (4 or more) is not met, the tour may be cancelled by the day before the scheduled date. In such cases, we will contact you. - Due to equipment size limitations, guests over 120 kg (approx. 265 lbs) cannot participate in the snorkeling tour, and those over 100 kg (approx. 220 lbs) cannot participate in the introductory diving tour. -For those Coming by Car From Naha Search for “Naha Beach Side Hotel” on your car navigation system. Once you reach the hotel, continue straight past it. You will soon arrive at the entrance of Miegusuku Port. Enter the parking lot and proceed to the white triangular-roofed waiting area located in the back right corner. ※ Parking fee: 500 yen per car From Chatan Enter the following address in your GPS: “Hamagawa Fishing Port (4 Minato, Chatan Town)” ※ A facility usage fee will be charged on site: 200 yen per adult / 100 yen per child. 【On the Day of the Tour – Information & Reminders】 ・When booking, please provide the full name, gender, age, height, weight, shoe size, and whether or not each participant needs a prescription mask. (Prescription masks for nearsighted participants are available. If needed, please request one when booking. However, the number is limited, and the prescription may not perfectly match your eyesight. We recommend using disposable contact lenses that are safe even if lost.) ・Please wear your swimsuit underneath your clothes before arriving, and bring a change of clothes and a bath towel. ・Drinking alcohol on board and bringing alcoholic beverages is prohibited. ・Please refrain from loud conversations, playing music on speakers, or any behavior that may disturb other guests. ・Minors must submit a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. ・Due to weather or sea conditions, we may not be able to visit all 3 points, or the route or snorkeling place may change, or the tour may be canceled. No refunds will be issued if fewer than 3 points are visited or if locations are changed. However, in case of full cancellation, a refund will be provided. ・Sea turtles are wild animals, and sightings are not guaranteed.
