Precautions	Precautions ＜For Visitors Arriving by Rental Car＞ When coming by rental car, search for Naha Beach Side Hotel in your car navigation system. Once you arrive, continue straight past the hotel to reach the entrance of Naha Miegusuku Port. Enter through the parking gate and proceed to the white waiting area with a triangular roof located at the far right. Parking fee: ¥500 per vehicle. 【On the Day: Guidance & Important Notices】 If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled by the day before departure. Please bring your own change of clothes and bath towel. At check-in, please pay the Tokashiki Village Environmental Cooperation Tax of ¥100 per person (high school students and older). Due to limited space on boat and shuttle buses, large luggage (suitcases, coolers, etc.) is not allowed. This is a day-trip tour only. Please do not use the return on a different day. Please be sure to read and agree to the travel conditions before booking. Participation Restrictions & Safety The snorkeling tour is available for participants aged 6 to 59 only. Participants with mobility concerns may not be able to board safely and are kindly asked to refrain from joining. Participation is not allowed for guests with the following conditions: cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or alcohol consumption on the day of the tour. Lockers are available in limited numbers for a fee. On the shuttle bus between Tokashiki Port and the beach: Infants must sit on a guardian’s lap (no child seats available). There is no space for large luggage. Weather, Delays & Cancellations Depending on sea and weather conditions, arrival and return times may be delayed, which may reduce time spent on Tokashiki Island. No refunds will be provided in such cases. Tours may be canceled due to poor sea or weather conditions. In this case, we will contact you and process a refund via bank transfer (transfer fee deducted). If you have a flight on the same day, please allow sufficient time. We are not responsible for missed flights due to delays. ＜About the Sea Turtle Snorkeling Tour＞ Wearing a life jacket is mandatory when swimming or snorkeling with fins. If a participant cannot follow the instructor’s guidance or poses a safety risk, participation may be refused, even on the day of the tour. Sea turtles are wild animals, and sightings are not guaranteed. No refunds will be given if turtles are not seen.
