■ Participation Requirements

This tour has an age restriction.
Only guests aged 6 to 55 years old may participate.

Please also make sure to arrive on time for the meeting.

⚠️ Important: Participation Conditions Regarding Blood Pressure

For programs involving underwater activities, guests who meet any of the following conditions are required to undergo a blood pressure check:

• Guests aged 45 or older
• Guests with severe obesity
• Guests with high blood pressure regardless of age or body type

Blood Pressure Standard

• Guests with a systolic blood pressure of 160 mmHg or higher will not be allowed to participate for safety reasons.
  (This will be treated as a same-day cancellation.)

■ Reservations Made One Day Before Use

For reservations made the day before participation, please contact us in advance.
Reservations may not be accepted if the tour is fully booked.

Please also note that reservations made outside local business hours (09:00–17:00) may not be confirmed and therefore may not be accepted.

⚠️ If Entry to the Blue Cave Is Restricted

① Alternative Point Tour

The tour will proceed at an alternative snorkeling point.

• In this case, no refund will be provided even if the Blue Cave cannot be visited.
• Cancellations made for this reason are also non-refundable.

② Poor Visibility / Unsafe Conditions

If visibility is poor and even the alternative point cannot be used, the entire tour may be canceled.

• In this case, a 100% refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Q. Where and when is the meeting point?

A. Please arrive at Maeda Misaki Parking Lot 15 minutes before departure time.
Proceed to the far right side from the parking lot entrance and gather near the white truck at the back.

Q. Are there showers, restrooms, and changing rooms?

A. Yes. Coin showers are available inside the Maeda Misaki Parking Lot facilities.

• Shower fee: 200 yen per 100 seconds
• 10 hot-water shower booths available for both men and women
• Hair dryers: 100 yen for 4 minutes 30 seconds
• 3 changing rooms each for men and women
• Restrooms are also available

Q. Are lockers available?

A. Yes. Paid lockers are available inside the parking facility. (100 yen per use)

Q. Is a wetsuit required?

A. Wetsuits are mandatory during winter, but optional during summer.

Q. Can pregnant women participate?

A. Unfortunately, participation is not allowed for safety reasons.

Q. What happens if it rains?

A. The tour may be canceled in cases of heavy rain, high waves, or poor visibility.

However, if entry to the Blue Cave is restricted but the tour operates at an alternative point (Ura-Maeda Point), no refund will be provided.

Only if the entire tour is canceled will guests receive a 100% refund after notification from the local operator or Okitour.

Please also understand that tours may be canceled suddenly due to worsening sea conditions.
