Personal Injury Compensation
Up to 30 million yen per person
*We will compensate for the amount of damages for passengers suffering from car accidents (including death or permanent disability) regardless of the driver's fault ratio.
(Limited to 30 million yen: The amount of losses including medical expenses will be calculated in accordance with the standards set forth in the insurance terms and conditions.)
If an accident occurs during driving or conditions as described below, all compensation systems will not be covered by the following compensation systems.
1. Drinking and driving without a license
2. Damage to tires, flat tires and missing wheel caps
3. If you fail to report to the police from the accident scene (if you cannot obtain a police accident certificate)
4. If you fail to contact the office from the accident site (if an accident occurs outside of business hours, please be sure to contact us the next morning)
5. If you are not wearing a seat belt while driving
6. If you settle with the other party without permission
7. If you drive on a road other than a coast, riverbed, or forest
8. Failure due to operation error
9. If you drive over capacity
10. Accidents involving drivers and non-deputy drivers listed in the contract
11. Damage to vehicle equipment
12. If you use the service in violation of the terms of use of our rental agreement
13.Accidents that fall under the other insurance terms and conditions
14. Other gross negligence of the driver (speeding, ignoring the traffic light, etc.)
*If the gasoline refueling error occurs, the customer will be responsible for 600,000 yen.
*If you lose your key (normal key: 30,000 yen, keys with chip and keyless are 40,000 yen).
* Customers will be responsible for 20,000 yen for cleaning costs for fouling and odor caused by vomit and cigarettes (including paper and electronic). Thank you for your understanding.
