Precautions

Precautions	・ Maximum capacity is 10 passengers.
	・ Please bring your own towel, change of clothes, and swimwear.
	・ Life jackets must be worn at all times. Tours may be forcibly terminated if safety instructions are not followed or if dangerous behavior is observed.
	・ After departure, you may freely spend time on the ship, but please strictly follow the staff's instructions for safe use and avoid dangerous activities on board.
	・Tours may be canceled the day before due to marine conditions, equipment malfunctions, etc. In such cases, the tour can be canceled free of charge.
	・Additionally, tours may be urgently canceled on the day based on on-site assessments. While cancellation is free, we cannot reimburse local transportation costs incurred up to the cancellation time.
	・ Reservations are available for groups of 2 or more.
	・ A port entrance fee of 440 JPY per person (to be paid locally) is required.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 3 days before the use date: No cancellation fee
Up to 2 days before the use date: 50% of the total fee
Up to 1 day before the use date: 80% of the total fee
On the use date: 100% of the total fee (non-refundable)

All are based on business hours (09:00-17:00).
Cancellation requests received outside business hours will be processed the next day.
