Precautions

Precautions＜For Visitors Arriving by Rental Car＞
When coming by rental car, search for “Naha Beach Side Hotel” in your car navigation system.
Once you arrive at “Naha Beach Side Hotel,” continue straight past it and you will reach the entrance to Miegusuku Port.
Enter through the parking gate and proceed to the white, triangular-roofed waiting area located at the far right.
Parking fee is ¥500 per vehicle.

【On the Day: Guidance & Important Notices】

If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled by the day before.

Please bring your own change of clothes and bath towel.

At check-in, please pay the “Tokashiki Village Environmental Cooperation Tax” of ¥100 per person (for high school students and older).

Due to limited space on the ferry and shuttle buses on Tokashiki Island, large luggage such as suitcases are not allowed.

For safety reasons, participants under 6 years old or over 60 years old cannot join the snorkeling tour.

Since participants must board the cruiser from the dock by stepping across, those with concerns about mobility are kindly asked to refrain from joining.

Those with cardiovascular/respiratory issues, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or who have consumed alcohol on the day are not eligible to participate. Participation may also be declined depending on your health condition on the day. In that case there is no refund.

Participants under 18 years of age must have a signed consent form from a guardian.

Shower and changing facilities are available at each beach. Please note there are a limited number of lockers (for a fee).

Depending on ocean and weather conditions, arrival times may be delayed, reducing time on Tokashiki Island. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

The tour may be canceled due to poor sea conditions or bad weather. In such cases, we will contact you. Refunds for canceled tours will be processed via bank transfer, minus the transfer fee.

Return times to Naha Miegusuku Port may be delayed. If you are flying on the same day, please ensure you allow ample time. We are not responsible for missed flights.

This is a day trip tour. Please refrain from using the return ferry on a different day.

Optional rentals such as parasols and snorkeling sets are available on-site at a special discounted rate.

Wearing a life jacket is mandatory when swimming or snorkeling with fins.

On the shuttle bus between Tokashiki Port and the beach, infants must sit on a guardian’s lap as there are no child seats. Also, there is no space for large luggage like coolers, so please refrain from bringing them.

Please make sure to read the travel conditions before booking.

＜About the Sea Turtle Snorkeling Tour＞

Sea turtles are wild animals and sightings are not guaranteed. No refunds will be given even if turtles are not seen.

The snorkeling tour is for participants aged 6 to 59 only.

If a participant cannot follow the instructor’s guidance or poses a safety risk due to lack of communication, participation may be denied even on the day of the tour.

Depending on sea conditions, the tour may be changed to a snorkeling tour around an uninhabited island.

Prescription snorkel masks are limited in quantity and may not be available.
Cancellation policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
